Howard Szalavetz Buildings is a private family business that exclusively manages its own properties on the island of Montreal and surrounding areas. Our experience in real estate management dates back to 1965 and we entered the multi-residential sector in 1992, then in the commercial market. We currently have over 1000 residential units, 800 units in 4 senior residences in our portfolio and our primary goal is to provide all of our tenants with a safe and comforting living environment.
